Multi-year automation program with Cross-business and Cross-function use cases and workflows leveraging artificial intelligence at the group level and across all operator markets. 100+ use cases deployed, enabling increased network reliability, efficiency, and consistency while minimizing OpEx. 

Operator Europe - Zero-touch network audit

Automation program to enable a zero-touch network audit to continuously assess network configuration consistency across vendors and technologies. Inconsistencies were reduced by 99%, improving network performance, reducing human error to zero and enabling engineering teams to focus on higher-value tasks. 

Operator Europe - Fixed network automation

Enabling proactive operation and support for wholesale fibre connectivity providers through software automation. The program enabled a reduction in the meantime to repair (MTTR), SLA adherence, and improved customer experience.
